Stage 3 and 4. - Timber Frame Layout Drawings and Approval.
 Drawings for conversion to timber frame can be provided in CAD, PDF, or faxed / mailed. We will prepare the timber frame layout drawings for client approval based on the specific manufacturers design standards. This includes door sizes, ceiling heights (were these may be fixed or not), drawing presentation and content.
 We can deal direct with the customer or via the manufacturer whichever is preferred. Upon receipt of the drawings the customer may require some alterations on such items which may not have been evident. Once these are completed and approval received the drawings are passed to Engineer for structural design. |
